Los Angeles Lakers Jerseys
Recently my husband took me to LA to see my favorite basketball team, the LA Lakers, for my birthday at the Staples Center in downtown LA.
Unfortunately the Lakers lost by a few points to the Indiana Pacers, but oh well it was still a lot of fun. It is fun to celebrity watch, and of course see the LA Lakers in action!
During this game we saw, George Lopez, Dyan Cannon and Patricia Heaton (from Everybody Loves Raymond). Jack Nicholson who can usually be found sitting court side in the center (the best seat in the house) was not in attendance (we saw him the last time we saw a game here). Nor were the Kardashians (Khloe Kardashian is married to Lamar Odom). But it was still a good game.
We ate sushi for dinner, which you don't always see at a stadium, and wandered around the stadium before the game started. You could buy all sorts of souvenirs and Los Angeles Lakers hats and t-shirts, although they were really overpriced. But hey if you are a fan you will buy them.
Across the street from the Staples Center is the Nokia Center and lots of great restaurants. We were there at Christmas and the LA Kings were sponsoring a skating rink with lots of Christmas decorations.
All in all the Staples Center is an awesome venue and lots of fun to go to a game.
