The Oakland Athletics played their first regular season game at O.co Coliseum, on September 18, 1966. The ballpark is located at 7000 Coliseum Way in Oakland, California right off I-880 (Nimitz Freeway). The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station is located only a block away.

The Coliseum has had many names and sponsors over the years. Originally it was named the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Then Network Associates bought the naming rights, before it was changed to McAfee Coliseum.
O.co Coliseum is an open-air stadium that seats approximately 35,000 fans for baseball games.
If you have kids that are two years of age and younger, they won't need a ticket to the game, but they have to sit on your lap if there aren't available seats around you.
The best view seats in the stadium and those closest to the action are the Diamond Level seats. These seats are located right behind home plate. These seats are sold as season tickets and come with all-you-can-eat food and the servers will bring it right to your seat so you don't miss any part of an inning. You get exclusive parking rights in a private lot as well.
For fans with special needs, wheelchair service and golf cart transportation is available to get people to and from their seats. Contact a Guest Services member for help with this service.
Field Box seats are available for season tickets packages. These seats are located right next to the dugouts and have in-seat food service along with private Field Box parking.
