Gillette Stadium, had its official first game and grand opening on September 9, 2002 when the Patriots played host to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The stadium is located in Foxborough, Massachusetts right off of the Boston-Providence Turnpike (US Route 1).
There are over 16,000 parking places at the stadium. The rate for parking at $40/car is expensive, but not close to the price you'd pay to park at the Dallas Cowboys new stadium.
The stadium has two very large suites on the two ends that can accomodate up to 3,000 fans each known as the Fidelity Investments Clubhouses. If you're able to go to a game
Gillette Stadium seats approximately 68,750 fans for football games and soccer games.
with tickets to one of these suites, you can watch the game from inside the clubhouse or from seats in the stadium bowl that are directly in front of the suite.
For smaller groups, there are the EMC Level of suites. Most of these suites can accomodate 16-32 fans, but there are two of these suites that can accomodate 70 fans. Just like the Fidelity Investments Clubhouse suites, you can watch the game from inside the clubhouse or from seats in the stadium bowl that are directly in front of the suite.
There are two guest services locations for special needs as well as assistive listening aids available that can be used for FREE during the game. Those aids need to be returned after the game. If they aren't returned your credit card will be charged which you're required to give them before can to use them.
